Anthony Attwood, Information Security Consultant, AA PrivSec Consulting Ltd, has been recognised by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).

The IAPP is the first organization to publicly establish standards in professional education and testing for privacy and data protection. IAPP privacy certification is internationally recognised as a reputable, independent program that professionals seek and employers demand.

The FIP designation is available to those who have earned a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) as well as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) or Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), all of which are recognised by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as the gold standard accreditation of credentials for information privacy professionals.

Becoming a FIP demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of privacy laws, privacy program management and essential data protection practices through the successful completion of at least two IAPP credentials and considerable on-the-job experience. Anthony joins a highly select group of professionals worldwide who currently hold the FIP designation.
